EVDANCE launches NACS and J1772 extension cables after selling 10,000 units in a year

EVDANCE has released its EV Charging Extension Cable in NACS and J1772 versions, addressing cable reach issues for residential EV owners. The company sold more than 10,000 extension cables in the past year, according to a September 2026 announcement in Charged. The product allows drivers to extend existing chargers rather than replace them when parking spaces exceed standard cable reach.

Why it matters

The 10,000 unit sales figure signals a recurring procurement need for residential charging accessories that solve practical installation constraints. CPOs and fleet operators may face similar reach challenges at multi vehicle sites, making extension solutions a potential specification consideration for new installations.
