Delhi adds 500 electric buses to reach 4,286 strong fleet, largest in India

Chief Minister Rekha Gupta announced plans to expand the fleet to 7,500 buses by end 2026 and 14,000 by 2028, while also launching an 86 km inter-state electric bus route between Delhi and Panipat.
