Belarus names Beltelecom as second state charging operator and extends Belorusneft rollout to 2030

The resolution revises installation schedules through 2028 for Belorusneft, adds slow chargers for 2026 to 2030, and plans super fast charging complexes for 2029 to 2030. The changes follow a new decree on electric vehicle incentives.
