Zeekr reaches 5,000 deliveries in Malaysia, plans 30 charging stations over three years

By Eve

Zeekr Intelligent Technology Malaysia has delivered 5,000 vehicles in under two years and announced a charging network expansion to 30 stations nationwide over the next three years. The initial rollout, in partnership with DC Handal, will deploy chargers at six locations along the North-South Expressway, including Amanjaya Mall, Sunway Carnival Mall, and MH Hotel, with units offering up to 400kW and selected chargers capable of 640kW. Two sites at PLUS Plaza Toll Sungkai and PLUS Plaza Toll Bukit Gambir are targeted for completion in the fourth quarter of 2026.

Why it matters: The 30 station commitment over three years signals a manufacturer backed charging rollout in Malaysia, creating potential supply and installation opportunities along major expressway corridors. The 400kW to 640kW specification sets a high power benchmark for highway charging infrastructure in the region.
