Eviny and Mer merge to form Northern Europe's largest fast-charging network with over one million customers

Norwegian charging operators Eviny Fast Charging and Statkraft subsidiary Mer are merging to create Eviny Elektrifisering, which will become the largest fast-charging provider in the Nordic region with over one million registered customers and a 24 per cent market share in Norway. Eviny will hold 57 per cent ownership and Statkraft 43 per cent in the Bergen based entity, subject to antitrust approval. The deal covers Mer's public fast-charging business, with Mer's German public operations expected to integrate later, while Mer Austria and Mer Business Germany remain separate.
