The 95kWh lithium iron phosphate pack, built on a 900 volt architecture, charged from 10 to 80 per cent in 5.5 minutes while maintaining cell temperatures at a maximum of 64°C, one degree below China's 65°C regulatory ceiling. The result positions the technology against BYD's second generation Blade battery in the race for ultra fast charging among Chinese automakers.
