Gorham Tesla Supercharger site to close in October as electricity costs exceed charging revenue

Summer Fun Inc. will shut down four Tesla Superchargers at 443 Main Street in Gorham, New Hampshire, on 25 October after electricity bills exceeded $32,000 against net revenue of almost $15,900 through mid August. The site, installed in May, charged 69 cents per kilowatt hour but could not cover power costs despite serving tourists travelling between Canada and coastal destinations. The closure comes as New Hampshire seeks to expand public EV charging infrastructure.
