Hyundai Motor India partners Jio-bp to offer 37,000 charging points through myHyundai app

Hyundai Motor India Limited has partnered with Jio-bp (Reliance BP Mobility Limited) to integrate their EV charging networks, giving customers access to over 37,000 charging points across India via the myHyundai app. Hyundai's high capacity chargers will also be integrated into the Jio-bp pulse charge pro app. The carmaker says customer concerns are shifting from range anxiety to charging anxiety as its EV product line expands in India.

Why it matters: The deal shows how OEMs are bundling third party charging access to ease adoption, and signals that Jio-bp's network scale (37,000 points) is now large enough to anchor major manufacturer partnerships in the Indian market.
