Ionna adds 50% more plugs in six months, reaching 1,488 ports across 174 US stations

Ionna, the automaker backed DC fast charging network, now operates 1,488 charging ports at 174 stations across the United States, representing 50% more plugs and 74% more locations than six months ago, according to the Department of Energy's Alternative Fuels Data Center. The network, which opened its first chargers in December 2024, uses dual cable Alpitronic stalls delivering up to 400 kilowatts and targets 30,000 charging bays by 2030.
