JSW Green Mobility has taken a strategic stake in Lithium Urban Technologies, an enterprise mobility platform backed by Eversource Capital. Lithium currently operates over 3,000 electric vehicles and 1,300 chargers, managing more than 25,000 trips daily for over 100 enterprise customers across India. The investment aims to triple the business over the next two years while expanding charging infrastructure and potentially creating 12,000 to 15,000 jobs.
Why it matters: The deal signals growing consolidation in India's enterprise EV mobility sector, where integrated platforms combining fleet management, charging infrastructure and operational technology are attracting strategic capital. For charging operators and procurement teams, the expansion of Lithium's network offers a scalable model for corporate transportation and logistics electrification backed by JSW Group's industrial reach.
