Liverpool City Region provisionally awards Believ 15 year LEVI charging concession targeting 9,591 charge points

Liverpool City Region Combined Authority has provisionally selected Believ to deliver a 15 year LEVI charging concession across six boroughs, targeting 9,591 charge points within four years. The contract involves £9.6m of LEVI capital funding, with an estimated £443m of charging revenue over the term and a buyer estimated contract value of £96m from the original notice. The award is not yet final.
Why it matters: This represents one of the largest UK regional LEVI concessions by charge point volume, signalling substantial infrastructure rollout and long term revenue opportunity for the winning supplier.
