Lectron launches Nexus residential charger line with automotive-grade validation and four configurations

Lectron has introduced its Nexus platform of Level 2 wall-mounted home EV chargers, available in four configurations: hardwired 48 A and portable 40 A units, each offered with SAE J3400 (NACS) or J1772 connectors. All models feature a 23 foot 7 AWG cable, IP66 rated enclosures and certification to UL 2594, UL 2231, UL 2251 and UL 817 standards, with internal testing including thermal cycling from minus 22° F to 122° F and connection cycle testing exceeding 10,000 insertions.
