National Trust installs RAW Charging points at three Cornwall sites

By Eve

The National Trust has installed electric vehicle charging points at three Cornwall properties: Glendurgan, Botallack and Trengwainton. The rollout is part of a partnership with RAW Charging to support sustainable visitor travel. Property operations manager Jen Pina said the points make it easier for visitors to enjoy days out while vehicles recharge.

Why it matters: The deployment shows heritage and tourism operators adding charging infrastructure to support visitor access, creating procurement opportunities for CPOs working with leisure and cultural destinations. RAW Charging's partnership model with the National Trust may signal a template for similar rollouts across the charity's wider estate.
