The Mobility House has agreed to sell its fleet electrification business unit, The Mobility House Solutions, to mobility services provider Edenred, with the transaction expected to complete in the third quarter of 2026. The unit serves more than 5,000 customers, operates over 2,500 actively managed fleet depots, and employs around 60 staff. The sale allows The Mobility House to concentrate on energy markets and vehicle to grid technology, while it continues partnerships in the bus sector and projects in cities including Amsterdam, New York and San Diego.
