China's GWM has confirmed pricing for its 2026 Tank 300 Hi4-T plug-in hybrid SUV in Australia, starting at 55,990 Australian dollars drive away for the Lux trim and 59,990 Australian dollars for the Ultra trim, with deliveries from March 2026. The PHEV combines a 2.0 litre turbocharged engine with a 120 kW electric motor for 300 kW total system output and 750 Nm torque, retaining mechanical four-wheel drive with low-range transfer case and 3,000 kg towing capacity. GWM claims over 100 km of electric range, positioning the vehicle against the Jeep Wrangler, Toyota LandCruiser and Nissan Patrol in the off-road SUV segment.
