REMO, the electric mobility arm of Portuguese infrastructure group Mota-Engil, has secured a contract to deliver 22 battery-electric 12-metre Higer buses and charging infrastructure for Transdev's Mobiave public transport network serving Vila Nova de Famalicão, Santo Tirso and Trofa in northern Portugal. The project includes charging infrastructure with 2,600 kVA total installed capacity, designed to support 30 ultra-fast charging points rated at up to 300 kW, alongside energy management and maintenance services.
