Indofast Energy and EV charging operator GLIDA have announced plans to establish more than 100 battery swapping stations at 50 locations across India over the next 12 months. The initial rollout will comprise 10 Quick Interchange Stations across Bengaluru, Chennai and Hyderabad, with Indofast Energy's swapping facilities co-located at existing and upcoming GLIDA EV charging sites to create integrated energy hubs. The partnership allows Indofast Energy to leverage GLIDA's existing charging locations rather than developing every swapping site independently.
