Procurement & pipeline

Schneider Electric announced a major upgrade to its Charge Pro Level 2 commercial charger, now offering flexible configurations up to 80 A and supporting both J1772 and NACS standards, according to a 23 July 2026 announcement. The charger targets property owners, fleet operators and site hosts across multi-unit dwellings, workplaces, public and destination charging locations and fleet operations. It includes one year of EV Connect Software+ cloud management at activation, a five year hardware warranty and installation through certified partners such as Qmerit.

Why it matters: The dual connector support and 80 A capacity position Charge Pro for North American fleet and workplace tenders requiring both legacy J1772 and emerging NACS compatibility. Integration with Schneider's electrical infrastructure portfolio may streamline procurement for sites already using the vendor's switchgear and panelboards.
