Buyers are advised to verify real-world range against lab test figures, as air conditioning, highway speeds above 100 km/h and steep roads typically reduce claimed range by 15 to 25 per cent. The MG4 EV Urban is rated at 316 km under WLTP, while the BYD Atto 2 uses a 45.12 kWh Blade battery.
