BladeRanger acquires Envoy Technologies from Blink Charging for $14 million

BladeRanger has purchased Envoy Technologies, a US electric vehicle sharing platform, from Blink Charging for approximately $14 million. Envoy operates around 186 electric vehicles across 34 locations, serving residential communities, multifamily properties, hospitality sites and corporate campuses through a mobile app. BladeRanger plans to expand the fleet and geographic reach while evaluating a potential IPO for Envoy.
