Clover Pakistan becomes exclusive distributor for CITA-UK EV chargers

Clover Pakistan Limited has signed an agreement with UK supplier CITA-UK to become its exclusive distributor and stockist for electric vehicle chargers, accessories and related equipment in Pakistan, according to a notice filed with the Pakistan Stock Exchange. Under the deal, Clover will market, distribute and maintain local stocks of CITA-UK's product range, which includes residential and workplace AC chargers, commercial DC fast chargers, charging management software and higher capacity systems for public sites and highways. The notice did not disclose investment amounts, sales volumes or deployment locations.
Why it matters: The appointment establishes a formal distribution channel for UK charging hardware in Pakistan's emerging EV market, where limited public charging infrastructure remains a barrier to adoption. Clover's stockist role may shorten lead times for procurement teams and installers sourcing AC and DC equipment for workplace, commercial and highway projects.
