Leapmotor launches seven-seat D99 electric van in China with 700 km range and 115 kWh CATL battery

Leapmotor has introduced its first van, the seven-seat D99, in China with six variants priced from 249,800 to 319,800 yuan (approximately €32,250 to €41,300). The battery-electric version features a 1,000-volt architecture, a 115 kWh CATL battery combining NCM and LFP chemistries, and dual motors delivering 410 kW for up to 700 km range under CLTC standards. Deliveries begin on 20 July, with no confirmation yet on availability outside China.
