Monta acquires ABB Nordic CPMS customer contracts from Vourity to expand Northern Europe footprint

Monta has acquired the charge point management software customer contracts operated by Vourity, ABB E-mobility's Nordic subsidiary, in a deal that expands Monta's CPMS presence in Northern Europe. The transaction involves only the transfer of software customer contracts, not an acquisition of ABB E-mobility or Vourity itself. Monta now supervises more than 260,000 commercial charge points and supports over 800 charge point models across its platform.

Why it matters: The deal reflects ongoing consolidation in the CPMS market, where platforms that monitor chargers, manage access and control pricing are becoming critical control points in the EV charging business.
