Zingbus to deploy 50 electric buses in 2026, targets 1,000 strong EV fleet by 2030

Indian intercity mobility platform Zingbus plans to deploy 50 electric buses across key corridors in 2026, scaling to 1,000 buses by 2030. The company has partnered with Drivn for electric bus leasing under an asset light model and with Jio bp to strengthen charging infrastructure along selected routes. Zingbus will focus on high demand corridors where charging infrastructure and route predictability support EV operations.
