EV Realty has launched its flagship heavy-duty charging site near San Bernardino, California, with 76 high-power ports capable of serving over 200 medium and heavy-duty trucks daily. The hub, located close to the San Bernardino Intermodal Facility and Interstates 10 and 215, serves an area with approximately 17,000 medium and heavy-duty trucks and already counts J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Gate City Beverage and Nevoya among its customers. The site offers both CCS and MCS charging ports to accommodate all truck makes and models.

Windrose has successfully charged an electric truck using a megawatt charging system (MCS) at an EV Realty site in San Bernardino, California, marking the first MCS charging session supported by Kempower hardware in the US. The site, which is not yet open to the public but is due to launch next month, recently secured investment from Outpost to support shared charging infrastructure for electric trucking. The interoperability trial demonstrated that trucks, charging hardware and backend communication systems all work together as expected.
