Lancia France says 56% of Gamma orders at the Paris Motor Show were for electric versions
On 28 October 2026, Lancia France published an initial tally of Gamma orders taken at the Paris Motor Show, stating that 56% were electric. The range in France spans Ibrida (hybrid), Elettrica (electric) and HF Integrale (the sportiest electric version). Lancia says the Gamma accounts for about a quarter of sales announced on its stand but nearly two thirds of enquiries, and the release gives no absolute volumes.
Why it matters
The figure is a real commercial signal but reflects a self-selected show audience on one stand, not the French market, so it should not be used to forecast national charging demand. Without order volumes, CPOs and procurement teams should treat it as directional sentiment on electric uptake rather than a basis for deployment planning.
