Easelink and Luxshare partner to industrialise automated Matrix Charging in China
Austria-based Easelink is working with Luxshare, a precision manufacturing provider operating in 30 countries, to industrialise its Matrix Charging system for the Chinese market, according to a report posted on 2 November 2026 by Charles Morris. Matrix Charging uses a connector on the underside of the vehicle and a ground-mounted charging pad. Through a technology licence, Luxshare can add the system to its automotive portfolio and offer it to OEM customers, and the two firms are already working on OEM projects to integrate it into future vehicle platforms. Easelink plans to expand its local team in China to support the work.

A licensed manufacturing route into Chinese OEM platforms signals that conductive, hands-free charging is moving towards scaled production, which matters for anyone planning autonomous or fleet charging infrastructure.
