LHN Energy launches combined solar PPA and DC fast charging solution for heavy electric vehicle fleets in Singapore
By Eve
LHN Energy, a Singapore solar company, will roll out an integrated Solar Power Purchase Agreement and DC fast charging service in early September 2026 for businesses transitioning to electric heavy vehicles. The solution targets logistics, transport, fleet operators, distribution centres, manufacturers, and construction firms operating from depots and industrial sites. LHN Energy finances, installs, and maintains the solar system while customers purchase the generated electricity, with projects structured after assessing eHV deployment plans, charging demand, electricity consumption, rooftop solar potential, and electrical capacity.
Why it matters: The bundled solar and charging infrastructure model addresses upfront capital barriers for heavy vehicle electrification, offering a turnkey procurement route for fleet operators and industrial site managers. By combining renewable generation with DC fast charging under a single PPA, the solution simplifies tendering and project delivery for businesses planning depot based charging infrastructure.
