Blink and Kempower plan 14 East Coast fast-charging sites through 2026
By Eve
Blink Charging and Kempower are expanding their US partnership with 14 new DC fast-charging sites planned through 2026, targeting high-traffic locations near convenience stores along the East Coast. Two sites are already operational in Colorado and Idaho Falls. Kempower will supply Power Units and Satellite DC fast chargers with dynamic power sharing, while Blink manages software and operations.
Why it matters: The rollout signals growing demand for reliable public fast charging infrastructure and highlights the importance of hardware uptime and installer training in procurement decisions. Kempower's modular architecture and Blink's multi-state deployment offer a scalable model for CPOs expanding along major US corridors.
